The staff, especially Çağlar and Ismail, were friendly and were great too ensure that I had a fantastic stay. They even contacted me before my arrival to see if I needed anything. The room was spacious and clean, and I loved the fact that it had a mini fridge and a TV. The rooftop terrace offered amazing views of the city and was the perfect place to relax in the evening. The complimentary tea and water were a nice touch, and the daily housekeeping kept everything in order. The breakfast spread was delicious and provided a good start to the day.
